OVERVIEW

The project

SelectQuote helps people find appropriate insurance coverage at a competitive price. Allzone contributed to the digital experience — the customer-facing journey through comparison and selection, and the frontend architecture that supports it.

CHALLENGE

What made it difficult

Insurance comparison asks a customer to make a consequential decision from a set of products that are difficult to compare directly. The interface has to reduce that complexity without obscuring the differences that matter.

It also has to stay fast while querying rated products, and remain accurate — a quote presented incorrectly is a commercial and regulatory problem, not a display bug.
