OVERVIEW
The project
LabelRX applies AI to regulatory label review — checking that product labelling meets FDA and industry standards, a process that is otherwise manual, repetitive and unforgiving of small errors. Allzone built the platform and the intelligence layer inside it.
CHALLENGE
What made it difficult
Regulatory label review is exacting work. The rules are detailed, they differ by product category, and a missed requirement has consequences that are commercial as well as legal.
That makes it a poor fit for a system that produces an unexplained verdict. The output has to be traceable to the specific requirement it relates to, so a compliance specialist can verify the finding rather than take it on trust.
