Inventive is a product engagement delivered through Allzone's dedicated team model, with engineers working as part of the client's own delivery process.
CHALLENGE
What made it difficult
Embedded engagements are judged on how quickly engineers become genuinely useful inside an existing team, its codebase, its conventions and its standards.
That makes onboarding and continuity part of the deliverable rather than overhead before it.
