Epicmetry delivers web, mobile and automation work as part of digital transformation programmes. Allzone contributed product and automation engineering across that portfolio.
CHALLENGE
What made it difficult
Transformation work spans systems that were never designed to work together, on timelines set by the business rather than by the integration surface.
That puts a premium on engineering that is quick to stand up but not disposable — automation and platform work that continues to hold once the programme moves on to the next phase.
