About the Role:
AllZone Technology is looking for an experienced Senior Business Development Executive with strong expertise in LinkedIn outreach, conventional BD strategies, and client acquisition. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in email marketing, proposal writing, discovery sessions, and contract negotiations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential clients through LinkedIn and traditional BD channels.
- Develop and implement strategies for new client acquisition and retention.
- Lead and mentor a team of BD executives to maximize outreach and conversions.
- Create impactful email marketing campaigns to enhance client engagement.
- Draft tailored proposals and RFPs aligned with client requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proposals reflect company capabilities.
- Conduct discovery sessions to understand client goals and challenges.
- Present services, solutions, and value propositions to close deals.
- Lead contract negotiations and finalize business agreements.
- Track and report BD performance metrics, including lead conversion and revenue growth.
- Continuously refine BD processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of proven experience in business development, particularly via LinkedIn and conventional methods.
- Strong background in email marketing, proposal writing, and client relationship management.
- Experience in discovery sessions and contract negotiations.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to guide and motivate a team to achieve sales targets.
- Experience in the IT/software industry (preferred, not mandatory).
