We are looking for an experienced and driven Business Development Team Lead to join our onsite team and lead sales efforts in a service-based IT environment.
Office Hours: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM

Key Skills & Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with end-to-end sales on Upwork
- Expertise in writing high-converting proposals
- Excellent English communication and negotiation skills
- Strong understanding of IT and digital services
- Ability to manage the entire sales cycle and close quality projects
Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize Upwork profiles
- Communicate with international clients
- Coordinate with internal teams for successful project delivery
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
