Senior Full-Stack Python Developer

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, with a focus on Python, and capable of leading projects and mentoring junior developers.

Technical Skills

Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality software solutions using Python.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing guidance and support to ensure best practices in software development.
Optimize and refactor existing code for performance and scalability.
Work on AI/ML projects, including data preprocessing, model development, and deployment
Apply data science techniques to analyze and interpret complex datasets.
Ensure the security, performance, and maintainability of the codebase.
Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues.
Contribute to the architectural decisions and technical strategy of the team.
Current with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our tech stack remains current and effective.

Skills:

Strong understanding of Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
Experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
Familiarity with data science tools and libraries like Pandas, NumPy, and Matplotlib.
Experience with database systems like PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
Proficiency in version control systems, particularly Git.
Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Solid understanding of software development principles, including OOP, design patterns, and testing.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience in leading software development projects.
Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Experience with machine learning or data analysis using Python is a plus.
