Bidding Executive

AllZone Technologies is hiring for an Bidding Executive who will be responsible for managing the entire bid process, ensuring a high level of excellence.

Responsibilities

Generate business through online portals like Upwork, Fiver, Freelancer, Guru, PeoplePerHour etc.
Write web content, draft emails and proposals for projects
Analyze client requirements and provide appropriate response.
Estimate the project price based on the requirement gathered.
Submitting a completed bid to an existing or prospective client, on time.
Setup portfolio on websites and get projects through these websites.
Facilitate all interpersonal communication.
Manage interaction with clients efficiently.

Skills:

Exceptional experience in bidding online
Prior experience in software or Web Development Company (Preferable).
Knowledge of drafting business proposals
Good understanding of online bidding process
Excellent communication & writing Skills

Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include experience with databases (MySQL or NoSQL), networking, security, virtualization, and scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.

Timings: 3pm – 12am (Mon – Fri)

Location: Johar Town, Lahore

Working Mode: Full-time, Onsite
